  • At 6, 12 and 18 months we proactively conduct a quality check and carry out any items to keep your home tip-top. All new buildings have minor settling cosmetics to be routinely dealt with. That’s why at Vanderbilt we employ our own team of specialists to take expert care personally
  • We offer a 24 hour emergency call-out service for peace of mind
  • Within 48 hours of receiving your email we will respond with the appropriate action. Most cases are fully solved in 11 days

The consumer code

Ensuring home buyers are treated fairly and with a high quality service.

The Consumer Code for Home Builders applies to buyers who, on or after 1st April 2010, reserve or buy a new or newly converted home built by a home builder under the insurance protection of one of the supporting home warranty bodies, and sets good practice requirements that all home builders must meet.

The purpose of the Code is to ensure that home buyers are treated fairly, know what service levels to expect, are given reliable information upon which to make their decision and know how to access speedy, low-cost dispute resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied. Vanderbilt Homes complies with The Consumer Code for Home Builders.
